A payment of 50% of the booking price must be made at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be paid at the time of check-in.
Free cancellation: Free cancellation is permitted up to 60 days before the check-in date.
Cancellation fee: If the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days before the check-in date, the initial deposit will be charged, corresponding to 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
No-show: If the guest does not show up at the hotel and has not cancelled the reservation, the amount of the initial deposit will be charged, corresponding to 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
Booking changes: Reservation changes are possible. Depending on the rate applied and the hotel’s availability, an extra fee may or may not be charged.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
Children over the age of 10 are allowed. We do not provide cribs or extra beds.
Pets: Only assistance/guide dogs are allowed.
